Michael Steemers (born 1962) – Dutch national
Michael obtained a Master’s degree in Dutch Civil Law at the University of Leiden and a Master’s degree in Law at the University of Southampton. He was employed as a lawyer, registered at the High Court of The Hague, with a general practice for 2 years, before joining Stichling Hahn Hilbrich in Limassol as an Adjuster in 1989 and becoming a permanent resident in Cyprus. In 2000 Michael became a Senior Adjuster and Director of the firm. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the marine insurance field and speaks Dutch and English. Michael is also a member of the Management Commission and current President of the AMD (Association Mondiale de Dispacheurs).
